Rajiv Rattray

Rajiv Rattray is an experienced executive with a notable background in strategy and business performance optimization. Currently serving as EVP and Head of Strategy & Business Performance Optimization at Truist since November 2020, Rajiv oversees key strategic priorities for the Consumer & Small Business Bank, leading a team of around 200. Previous positions include SVP of Strategic Partnerships at Truist, Director of Corporate Strategy at Delta Air Lines, and various senior roles at SunTrust, including SVP of Corporate Strategy. Rajiv began a career in consultancy at Deloitte and has a strong educational foundation with an MBA from the University of Georgia and a B.S. in Psychology from the same institution.
