Shona Callahan

Shona Callahan is a seasoned professional in workplace and retail design, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Workplace + Retail Design at Truist since February 2022. A pivotal contributor during the merger of SunTrust and BB&T, Shona developed innovative retail signage solutions and established design standards that define the Truist brand. Prior experience includes serving as Design Standards Manager at SunTrust, where Shona managed the creation of retail prototypes, and held various roles at Bank of America and L'Oréal, overseeing design standards and projects for multiple retail brands. Shona holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and has held positions at several architectural firms earlier in her career.
