Susan Miller

Susan Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mortgage servicing and financial operations. Currently serving as Vice President at Truist since April 2016, Susan has been instrumental in managing the Mortgage Servicing Financial Controls conversion during the Merger of Equals between BB&T and SunTrust. Previous roles include Vice President and Process Improvement Design Manager at BB&T, where responsibilities included implementing process improvements in mortgage servicing, and Vice President at Newbold Advisors, focusing on cash and default operations. With a strong background spanning various leadership positions in organizations such as LenderLive Network, SLS, and Lehman Brothers, Susan has demonstrated expertise in cash operations, investor reporting, and risk mitigation within the mortgage industry. Susan holds educational qualifications from San Diego State University, completed between 1989 and 1991.
