Suzanne Jones

Suzanne Jones is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in consumer direct lending and credit operations. Currently serving as the Head of Consumer Direct Lending Service Delivery and Senior Vice President at Truist since August 2020, Suzanne previously held several senior leadership roles at BB&T from May 2008 to August 2020, including Senior Vice President of General Loan Servicing and Support Manager, among others. Prior experience includes positions at Sovereign Bank and Wachovia Dealer Services. Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from East Carolina University, with earlier studies at Meredith College.
