Andria McCollough

Andria McCollough has over two decades of work experience in various leadership roles. Andria began their career as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Bartlesville in 1995 and held this position until 2005. Andria then served as the Executive Director for the American Red Cross in Washington County for one year before joining Bartlesville Regional United Way as the Campaign & Marketing Director in 2006. In 2007, Andria joined Truity Credit Union, where they worked their way up from Human Resources Manager to Senior Vice President, People Development. Andria has been responsible for leading the organization's cultural development team, internal communications team, and talent development program.
