Kayla Dutchess

Kayla Dutchess currently serves as the Area Learning and Development Facilitator at Trulieve since February 2024. Before this role, Kayla held the position of General Manager at MyEyeDr. from May 2023 to February 2024 and previously worked at Trulieve in various capacities including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Field Engagement Liaison, Developmental Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Assistant Delivery Manager, and Delivery Coordinator from December 2020 to May 2023. Kayla's earlier experience includes roles at Diamond Resorts™, such as Field Marketing Coordinator, Rooms Control Agent, VIP Administrator, and Front Desk Agent from February 2015 to July 2020, focusing on creating exceptional guest experiences.
