Michiel de Zwaan

Michiel de Zwaan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR at Trulieve. Previously, Michiel held significant roles at Eaton, including Leader of Strategic HR Projects & Transformation and Head of Global HR Services. Michiel has also served as Chief HR Officer at STERIS and SVP & Chief HR Officer at Hillrom, along with a role as VP HR for International operations. Michiel's experience further includes a position as VP HR for Asia Pacific at Roche Pharmaceuticals. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management from Hotelschool The Hague and a Post Graduate Degree in Advanced HR Management from ISBW Opleiding & Training.
