Shay L. Sheard-Alexander is an experienced asset manager and realtor with a robust background in property management and housing acquisition. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at HOPE, Inc. since September 2021, Shay oversees asset management, property management, sustainability, and enhancement efforts. As a Realtor with TruLine Real Estate since April 2019, Shay provides valuable real estate services. Previous experience includes serving as a Property Manager for Sequoia, managing luxury multi-family and retail properties, and working as a Regional Property Manager at Invitation Homes, where responsibilities included maintaining over 600 single-family homes and developing growth-enhancing policies.
