Woodward offers over 15 years’ expertise in overseeing strategic acquisitions and cross-border transactions, as well as advising executive leadership teams on corporate governance requirements, to Trulioo, having previously served as associate general counsel at TELUS Corporation.
At TELUS, Woodward led internal M&A teams, advised on strategic acquisitions, and assisted the TELUS Ventures team in its investment program execution.
Prior to this, Woodward served as associate general counsel and corporate secretary at NYSE-listed global asset management company Atlas Corporation, leading the completion of public and private financing transactions and advising on corporate governance and securities regulatory requirements.
Additonally, Woodward is a member of the Bar of the State of California, and holds a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School.
