Pamela Olomola

Pamela Olomola has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Pamela is currently the VP of Product Experience & Design at Trulioo since 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the President and Founder of Brave Achievers, where they also held the role of Founder & Executive Director of Product Design Programs. Pamela has extensive experience in product design, strategic planning, coaching, and creating innovative learning programs.

Before joining Brave Achievers, Pamela worked at ServiceNow from 2013 to 2022, where they held several roles including Manager of UX/UI Design and eLearning Development. During their time at ServiceNow, they led the design and production of the ServiceNow Learning Library, as well as developed interactive learning and quizzing games for iOS and Android platforms.

Prior to ServiceNow, Pamela worked at Metropolitan in 2012 as an E-learning Development Specialist, where they managed and developed various e-learning projects. Pamela also worked at MacIntyre Hudson in 2012 as an E-learning Developer and Instructional Designer, focusing on instructional solutions and information architecture.

Earlier in their career, Pamela held the position of Training Portal Designer at Steinhoff International in 2011, where they developed a new system for measuring and evaluating training. Pamela also worked at Booz & Company in 2010 on an E-learning & Cornerstone LMS Branding Contract.

Pamela's career began at Commission in 2006 as the Head of Design Team & Instructional Content Projects. Pamela was responsible for analyzing performance goals, assessing training needs, and synchronizing scripts with multimedia elements. Prior to that, they were the Creative Design Director & Head of Core Client Projects at Chosen Graphics UK, where they managed a team of graphic designers and handled key client accounts.

Pamela Olomola has a diverse education history. In 1992-1998, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Architecture from the University of Jos. In 2009, they completed a course on "H808 - The E-learning Professional" at The Open University. In 2011-2013, they studied Counselling and Psychotherapy, earning CPCAB Level 2 & 3 certifications. Additionally, they completed various certificate programs, such as "Effective Online Tutoring" at the University of Oxford in 2012, "Mobile Learning Certificate Program" and "Advanced eLearning Instructional Design" at ATD in 2013. In 2019, they received certificates in "Situational Leadership II" from an undisclosed institution, and "Information Architecture" from KM Institute. Furthermore, in 2020, they pursued "Digital Transformation: Leading People, Data & Technology" at UC Berkeley Executive Education. Pamela has also obtained several certifications in subjects like UX Design Techniques, Leadership Fundamentals, Emotional Intelligence, Managing Teams, Foundations of UX (Information Architecture, Usability Testing), Responsive Design Workflows, and Captivate 4 Essential Training from lynda.com.
