Chief Technology and Product Officer, Co-Founder at TruLite Health

Shaung Liu has extensive work experience in the technology and healthcare industry. Shaung is currently serving as the Chief Technology and Product Officer, as well as a co-founder, at TruLite Health since February 2022. Prior to this, Shaung worked at CommonSpirit Health as the Chief Technology and Product Officer from July 2020 to February 2022.

Before their role at CommonSpirit Health, Shaung held various positions at Teladoc Health. From August 2017 to July 2020, they served as the Chief Technology Officer for Hospital and Health Systems. Prior to that, they were the Vice President/CTO at Stat Health from June 2015 to August 2017.

Shaung also has experience as the Chief Technology Officer at StatDoctors from July 2013 to June 2015. Before that, they worked as the VP Software Development at Tax Credit Co. from February 2013 to July 2013.

In 2008, Shaung founded Incentives Advisors, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer until July 2013. Shaung also worked at Workstream as the EVP Tax Credit Services from January 2011 to February 2013.

Shaung has earlier experience at SAP, where they were the VP Development for Retail from February 2006 to December 2007. Prior to that, they served as the VP Engineering at First Advantage from April 2005 to May 2006.

Their career started at ITax Group, where they held the role of VP of Technology from February 2002 to April 2005. Overall, Shaung Liu has held various leadership roles throughout their career, demonstrating expertise in technology and product development, particularly in the healthcare sector.

Shaung Liu obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University from 1993 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed a BSE in Computer Systems Engineering from the same institution from 1989 to 1993. Before attending college, Liu attended Westwood High School from 1987 to 1989. Additionally, they obtained the MCPS (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification from Microsoft in March 2000.
