Prior to this role, Robbie held the position of Director of Continuous Improvement at GameStop, where responsibilities included managing teams to enhance customer and employee experiences through project management and data analysis. At T3 Micro, Robbie was the Director of Customer Service, developing training materials and ensuring effective customer service operations. Robbie also gained extensive experience at Chewy, progressing through various roles, including Associate Director of Customer Service, where six teams totaling approximately 240 full-time employees were managed. Earlier work experience includes positions at Pro Golf Premiums, Inc., Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Twin Lakes Video.
