NaKeisha B. began their career in 2011 as an Employer Relations Assistant at the University of Texas at Tyler. NaKeisha then worked as an HR Intern at Trinity Mother Frances Health System in 2012, and as a Product Support Specialist II at Symplicity Corporation the same year. In 2017, NaKeisha B. joined Truly.co, where they served as the QA Manager & Product Owner. In this role, they worked directly with Co-Founders, Engineering and Success teams to build a successful enterprise SAAS product. NaKeisha successfully and solely prioritized and executed testing for up to 11 engineers, and also lead the quality of the customer experience in all aspects of product development and testing. NaKeisha B. also authored documentation, both user and internally facing, and coordinated internal education and facilitated knowledge sharing across technical and non technical teams. In addition, they served as the Customer Support Manager, driving and tracking Support KPIs, prioritizing tickets to meet SLAs for enterprise, mid level and SMB customers, and supporting Customer Success in outreach efforts to manage customer relationships.

NaKeisha B. graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development.
