Erica Bailey-Paul

Erica Bailey-Paul is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in branch management, operations, and sales leadership. Currently serving as Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President at TruMark Financial Credit Union since February 2017, Erica has previously held leadership roles at BB&T, National Penn, and 3rd Fed Bank, where responsibilities included managing branch performance and staff training. Prior experience includes retail management at Aerie and EXPRESS, and military service as a Paralegal in the United States Army Reserve, where Erica developed skills in legal research and case preparation. Erica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Temple University, alongside paralegal training from the Judge Advocate General School.
