Laura Hurley

Laura Hurley, MAIOP, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Laura has worked as a Vice President of Talent Management at TruMark Financial Credit Union in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Strategy Consultant as a consultant in 2020. From 2021 to 2023, Laura held the position of Head of Talent Strategy and Experience at FMI, where they were responsible for leading the day-to-day people operations of 300 employees. Before that, they worked at Envestnet, Inc as an Internal Communications & Engagement Manager and as an HR and Executive Coordinator for the CEO & COO. Laura also worked as a Recruiter at Monarch Staffing, a Real Estate Manager at CBRE, a Real Estate Development Project Manager at Moreland Development, and a Human Resources Generalist at the City of Suffolk Virginia. Additionally, Laura worked as an Account Executive at Electronic Systems, Inc., A Xerox Company.

Laura Hurley, MAIOP, SHRM-CP holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Laura also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Penn State University. In addition, Laura has certifications as a SHRM-CP from SHRM and as a Talent Optimization Leader from The Predictive Index.
