Suzanne Linder Comer

Suzanne Linder Comer, APTD, currently serves as the AVP, Organizational Performance Manager at TruMark Financial Credit Union, where responsibilities include creating programs for future manager and leader development, performing needs assessments, and evaluating training approaches. As a volunteer Secretary and Board Member for Learning & Development Professionals of Greater Philadelphia, Suzanne contributes to a non-profit organization that supports over 400 learning and development professionals. Previous roles include Manager of Learning and Organizational Development at Freedom Mortgage, where Suzanne conducted training needs assessments and developed a leadership framework, as well as Manager of Employee Engagement and Development at HumanGood, where Suzanne led the creation of HumanGood University. Earlier career highlights include training roles at Holy Redeemer Health System and Main Line Health, focusing on customer experience and educational program development. Suzanne holds a Master's in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University, and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Penn State University, along with education from The Wharton School.
