Brendan McKee

Brendan McKee is a seasoned technology professional specializing in software engineering and trading systems. Currently serving as the Rates Trading Tech Lead at Trumid since August 2022, Brendan has a strong background in developing backend algorithmic trading applications and optimizing performance across microservices. Prior to this, Brendan worked at Stedi as a Serverless Engineer, focusing on EDI infrastructure on AWS, and spent over six years at Amazon, where roles included Senior Software Development Engineer for the AWS IoT Rules Engine and contributions to big data ingestion pipelines. Brendan's earlier experience includes roles in front office development and trading at Snowy Hydro Limited and credit risk analysis at Commonwealth Bank. Brendan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (Advanced) from the University of Wollongong.
