Monica Knickerbocker

Monica Knickerbocker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Monica began their career as a Senior Executive Administrator at J.F. Williams, Co. Inc. in 2008 and held this role until 2010. Monica then joined BBVA Compass as an Executive Administration/Human Resources Business Partner. In 2013, they moved on to Placeable, where they worked in Human Resources and Administrative Management until 2014. Monica then joined Wilbur-Ellis as the HR- Chief Of Staff Senior Leadership Team, Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager. Monica worked at Wilbur-Ellis from 2015 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Director of Human Resources at NorthStar Transitions. In 2021, Monica transitioned to AspenRidge Recovery as the Director of Human Resources & Compliance. Monica also worked as a Consultant at Trace Genomics from 2019 until 2023. Most recently, Monica took on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Trumpet Behavioral Health in 2022.

Monica Knickerbocker received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Northern Colorado in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources/Organizational Development from Colorado State University Global.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Monica has obtained several certifications. Monica earned the Total Rewards certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in June 2023. Monica also holds the SHRM-CP certification, which they obtained in December 2020. In 2019, they received the Associate Certified Executive Coach (ACC) certification from the Center For Coaching Excellence. Prior to that, in 2018, they obtained the Certified Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci. Lastly, in 2017, Monica earned the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from the Acuity Institute.
