Russell Mitchell has a wealth of experience in customer success, development, and project management. Russell began their career in 2009 as a Cashier/Machines Expert at Ladbrokes. In 2011, they took on the role of IT Manager at Chalon Components/Chalon Controls, where they restructured the company's internal networks and implemented a new automatic email invoice system. Russell also created an online store. In 2013, they joined Atos as a LEAN Improvement Consultant and Application Developer, working in different international business areas and providing improvements based upon a LEAN methodology. In 2017, they took a 12-month career break, during which they developed an affiliate marketing website/brand and provided LEAN/Dev services to an ethical interior design company. In 2018, they became Head of Customer Success at Fluid Ads, a start-up in the B2B Marketing Space. In 2020, they joined BrightTALK as a Manager of Customer Success, Associate Managing Director, and Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Trumpet.
Russell Mitchell's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Computing from the University of Central Lancashire, obtained between 2009 and 2012. Russell also attended Cardinal Newman College between 2007 and 2009, and Corpus Christi Catholic Sports College between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, Mitchell has obtained several certifications, including a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner from QA Ltd in 2014, and four certifications from Intercom in 2022.
