Franziska Maschowski

Franziska Maschowski has a diverse work experience in various positions at TRUMPF North America and TRUMPF Laser- und Systemtechnik GmbH. Franziska started their career at TRUMPF North America in 2017 as a Business Development Manager for Additive Manufacturing, and later became the Head of Sales for Additive Manufacturing. In 2020, they took on the role of Head of Product Group Bending and recently transitioned to the position of Head of Smart Factory Applications & Automated Bending. Prior to TRUMPF North America, Franziska worked at TRUMPF Laser- und Systemtechnik GmbH in 2016 as part of the Market Development team for Additive Manufacturing. Franziska also gained experience at Vitra as a DHBW Student in Industrial Management from 2011 to 2014.

Franziska Maschowski pursued their education in a systematic manner, starting with their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they continued their academic journey, specializing in International Business Development, and obtained their Master's degree from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, completing it between 2014 and 2016.
