Matthew Grohs

Matthew Grohs has a diverse background in engineering and operations management, currently serving as an Operations Supervisor and previously as a Process Engineer at General Dynamics Electric Boat since August 2018. Matthew also has experience as a Laser Applications Engineer at TRUMPF North America since September 2016. Prior roles include Maintenance Worker with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, focusing on state park maintenance, and Stock Associate at Mill Stores, where responsibilities involved stock management and customer service. Matthew began a career in retail as a Cashier at Marshall's. An alumnus of Norwich University, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by a high school diploma from South Windsor High School.
