Matthew LeRoy has over 17 years of experience in field service engineering, currently serving as Service Team Lead at TRUMPF North America since July 2006, where responsibilities include leading a team and managing the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CNC driven sheet-metal press brakes across North America. Prior to that, Matthew served in the US Navy for six years as a Fire Controllman and Work Center Supervisor, ensuring the operability of computer systems and equipment, while prioritizing the safety of technicians. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, along with various technical qualifications from Trumpf, Inc. and the US Navy in electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and related fields.
