Dr. Carolin Werth

Dr. Carolin Werth serves as the Global Head of HR Business Partner for CEO, CFO, CDO, CTO, and Head of HR Services at TRUMPF since July 2016. Previous roles at TRUMPF include Head of Global HR Business Partner CEO/CFO, Head of HR Trumpf Laser, and Head of HR Management Systems. Prior to TRUMPF, Carolin worked at Deutsche Bank as a Specialist in HR Talent & Development related to Organizational Effectiveness and was a Freelancer in Organizational Development at AUDI AG. Carolin spent over five years at Bundeswehr, first as a Staff Officer HR & Leadership and later in operations and planning roles. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Humanwissenschaften from Bundeswehr University Munich, an MBA in International Management from ESB Business School, and a Diplom in Pädagogikstudium and Sozialwissenschaften from Bundeswehr University Munich.
