Patrick Bäurer is an experienced professional in the fields of data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the Head of Data Science & AI at TRUMPF since July 2017, while also working as a Co-Founder at KI Pionier & Partner since April 2024. Prior to this, Patrick held a trainee position in Konzernrisikocontrolling at LBBW from September 2015 to June 2017 and worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in the Abteilung für Mathematische Stochastik at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau from November 2011 to August 2015. Patrick earned a Dr. rer. nat. in Mathematics, a Staatsexamen in Physics, and a Diplom in Mathematics from The University of Freiburg between 2005 and 2015.
