Sanne Bruggink

Sanne Bruggink has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Sanne most recently worked as the Head of People & Culture at Trunkrs since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HRD Adviseur, Coach, and Trainer at S. Bruggink - Human Research Development. Sanne has also served as a Programmamanager at Agathos (onderdeel van Wyzer Academie) and as a Manager Academie at Wyzer. Before that, they worked as an HR Learning & Development Business Partner at Eqib | The Human Factor and as an HR Business Partner at De Heus Voeders B.V. Sanne has also worked as an Opleidingskundige in various organizations, including as a self-employed professional, and as an HR Business Partner and HRD Advisor at PANalytical. Sanne has also held roles as an Ontwikkelaar Leerinterventies at NCDO and as an HRD Adviser a.i at ORO.

Sanne Bruggink has a diverse education history. Sanne started their education in 2003 at Het Gilde, where they completed a MBO level 4 degree in Sociaal pedagogisch werker in 2007. Following that, in 2006-2007, they obtained another MBO level 4 degree, this time in Onderwijsassistente, also from Het Gilde.

In 2007-2011, Sanne attended Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN), where they earned a Bachelor of Education degree with a specialization in Human Resource Development.

In 2012-2013, Sanne enrolled in FCE Foundation of Corporate Education, where they studied Proceskunde and learned about working with attention.

Sanne then pursued further education at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2015 to 2017, where they completed a Post-HBO Bedrijfskunde degree.

In addition to their formal education, Sanne has obtained several certifications. In March 2018, they earned the Assessor Talent Motivatie Analyse certification from TMA. Sanne also obtained the Assessor Big Five Personality Assessment certification from PiCompany in April 2016.
