Bill Milligan

Bill Milligan is an experienced support professional with a strong background in retail technology and customer service. Currently serving as Support Team Lead at TRUNO since January 2007, Bill is tasked with connecting remotely to customer stores, performing upgrades, assisting with installations, and providing on-site support during new store openings. Previously, Bill held roles at Retail Control Solutions as a Software Support Engineer, where responsibilities included equipment setup and employee training, and at Domino's Pizza as Driver Captain/Shift Leader, managing delivery operations. Additionally, Bill gained experience assembling and testing custom-built computers at Ingram Micro. Milligan holds an AAS in Business Information Systems from Northwest Mississippi Community College and a high school diploma from Southaven High School.
