Kelly Janiro

Kelly Janiro has extensive work experience in human resources, with a track record of holding leadership positions in various companies. Kelly is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at TruOps Cyber Risk Management since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at the same company from January 2021 to May 2023. Before joining TruOps, Kelly was the Vice President of Human Resources at SDG Corporation: IT Security and Risk Management Solutions, starting in April 2023. Kelly also held the position of Human Resources Director at SDG Corporation from January 2021.

Earlier in their career, Kelly worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Danbury Mission Technologies from September 2020 to January 2021. Kelly was responsible for developing and producing optical systems for space and defense missions. Before that, they served as a Diversity and Inclusion professional at Collins Aerospace from February 2017 to September 2020, where they focused on high reliability, space-based electro-optical systems.

Kelly's experience in human resources spans over a decade, including their role as a Global Human Resources Leader at SDG Corporation from June 2014 to 2017. Kelly started their career at Information Resources, Inc. as the VP of Human Resources from 1995 to 2004.

Kelly Janiro earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Finance from Manhattan College from 1983 to 1987. In addition, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from Fordham University from 1990 to 1992.
