Raquel Dias is a seasoned delivery manager with extensive experience in service delivery and implementation within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager at Pairpoint since October 2024, Raquel previously held the position of SaaS Delivery & Implementation Services Team Lead at 1GLOBAL, where responsibilities included global service delivery management and process enhancement. Raquel has a rich background as a Service Delivery Manager at Truphone, focusing on onboarding, coaching, and project management for various technology solutions. Earlier roles involved IT engineering and consulting at Altice Portugal and Meo SA, with a strong emphasis on SIM development and OTA platform configuration.
