Sly Arinto is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Country Manager at Domain since July 2024. Previously, Arinto held the position of Head of Operations at 1GLOBAL, focusing on enhancing customer experience and achieving significant cost reductions. A proven track record includes key roles at Twitter as Global Escalations Manager and Site Lead for the Philippines, where operational frameworks were established for 24/7 global support, and at Google, where vendor operations were launched in the Philippines. With a history of driving organizational change and mentoring future leaders, Arinto has consistently delivered improvements in operational excellence across various roles, from Teleperformance to TELUS International, contributing to notable growth and performance enhancements throughout the career.
