Ashley Janes

Ashley Janes, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management and compliance. Currently serving as an HR Compliance Consultant at Trüpp since April 2022, Ashley previously held various HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager at Jackson Hospital and RePower South, where contributions were made to the community through innovative approaches to recycling and clean fuel production. Previous experience includes positions at Whitfield Foods, All Med Physicians, and NCO Financial Systems, showcasing a range of HR functions including payroll administration and insurance sales. Ashley received a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Auburn University at Montgomery.
