Eric Gomez

Eric Gomez has worked in the Information Security field since 2012, when they began as Managing Director and Principal Consultant at TruSec Consulting. At TruSec, Eric provided professional services in the areas of Information Security, Compliance Assurance, Risk Management, Corporate Strategy and Operations to clients such as banks, credit unions, mortgage and insurance providers, hotels, healthcare providers and publicly-traded companies. In 2013, Eric joined RGP as a Senior Information Security Assessor.

Eric Gomez received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and Business/Management from Florida Atlantic University. Eric then attended the University of South Florida from 1987 to 1991, studying Management Information Systems. Gomez also holds several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) from ISACA obtained in July 2003, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA obtained in May 2002, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from ISC2 obtained in March 2002, Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) from DRII obtained in October 2009, and Certified Ethical Hacker from EC-Council.
