Pedro Besares

Pedro Besares has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 1999. Pedro began their career as an On-site Consultant at Interboro, where they were responsible for the installation and support of Human Resources software. In 2001, they moved to Somascan as an MIS Manager, responsible for the network and clients in five offices in the metropolitan area. In 2003, they became an IT Specialist at Caribbean Cinemas, where they monitored computer activities of the Main Office and 35 other theaters locations. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at TotalBank as an IT Technical Support Specialist Tier2, providing technical assistance to end users and interacting with third party vendor support. Pedro then moved to Veriato as a Product Support from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Percepta as a WSG Analyst, and in 2021 they began working at iTHINK Financial as an IT Specialist / PC. Pedro has also been self-employed as a Manager since 2018.

Pedro Besares has a Bachelor in Science in Computer Science (NF) from Universidad del Turabo, which they obtained between 1994 and 2000. Pedro also has an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Instituto Technologico de Puerto Rico, which they obtained between 1992 and 1994. Additionally, they have four certifications: Class CC and Class D from the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS), as well as Computer Troubleshooting and Network Fundamentals from Compu Master.
