Nora Brennan Alves has a solid work history with a focus on human resources and people operations. Nora is currently a Member at Chief and previously held the position of VP, People & Culture at Truss. Nora also founded HRBot in 2019. Prior to that, they were a Senior Director of Employee Success at FinancialForce and held various roles at Salesforce, including Director of Employee Success Business Partner and Director of Business Operations for Salesforce Labs/IoT Cloud. Nora's experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Metaverse Mod Squad, Manager of Human Resources at Linden Lab, and Director of Clinical & Financial Analysis at Managed Care Partners, Inc. Nora began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Nordstrom and a Human Resources Coordinator at Central DuPage Health/Wynscape. Nora brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in HR management, employee relations, and development to their current and future roles.
