Lia Alejo has a strong background in marketing and digital communications, with experience in various global luxury brands. Lia has served as the Chief Marketing Officer for TRUSSARDI since June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Global Marketing, Media, and Digital Communications at KENZO Mode from September 2019 to May 2021. Before joining KENZO, they worked at Coty, where they served as the Global Digital Director for Gucci Beauty from January 2018 to August 2019, and as a Brand Manager for the Coty China Luxury Division from October 2016 to December 2017. Lia started their career at Procter & Gamble, where they held roles such as Regional Brand Manager for Gucci Fragrances (Asia Pacific) from May 2014 to September 2016, and Global Assistant Brand Manager for SK-II from June 2011 to May 2014.

Lia Alejo attended De La Salle University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a major in Marketing Management. In 2010, they also received the Temasek Foundation Singapore Scholarship for International Business Leadership, which they pursued at Singapore Management University for a year.
