Mark Gennoe

Mark Gennoe is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the payment processing industry. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Officer at Trust Payments since April 2004, Mark provides technical assistance to merchants utilizing Secure Trading, specializing in account setups, gateway integration, PCI compliance, and transaction reporting, among other responsibilities. Mark previously held the position of Technical Support Officer within the same company, focusing on payment system integration. Earlier in the career, Mark gained experience as a Web Developer at NotJam Ltd., working on a project aimed at helping students transition into the IT sector. Mark holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and has foundational education in Building Construction Technology and general studies from Llandrillo College and Ysgol John Brights, respectively.
