Aaron Patton

Aaron Patton is the Senior Director at Trust Stamp. Aaron has over fifteen years of experience in the legal field, specializing in class action litigation, securities law, and eDiscovery.

Aaron began their legal career as an Associate at Murray, Frank & Sailer LLP in 2003, where they worked on a variety of cases involving consumer protection, antitrust, and securities law. Aaron quickly rose to the role of Discovery Lead, managing all aspects of the discovery process for their cases. In 2005, they left Murray, Frank & Sailer to join Milberg LLP as an Attorney/Consultant. At Milberg, Aaron was responsible for analyzing trading records and documentation for defendants in a large IPO litigation case. Aaron also worked as an eDiscovery Consultant, helping clients produce responsive documents in accordance with discovery requests.

In 2009, Aaron joined Trustpoint.One as a Senior Manager. At Trustpoint, Aaron continued to hone their skills in eDiscovery and document production. Aaron also developed new expertise in data privacy and security law. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Director. In their current role, Aaron is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Trustpoint’s operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and product development.

Under Aaron’s leadership, Trustpoint has become a leading provider of compliance and risk management solutions for businesses in a variety of industries. Trustpoint’s technology is used by Fortune 500 companies, major financial institutions, and government agencies around the world.

Aaron Patton has a BA in Aaron'story from San Jose State University, an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Evergreen Valley College, and a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Aaron also has certification from the United States Department of Defense in Cybersecurity Awareness Training, kCura in Relativity Review Specialist and Relativity Certified Sales Pro, IBM in IBM Datacap Taskmaster Capture Product Fundamentals Technical Mastery, and IBM StoredIQ Technical Mastery Certification.
