Inna Conner, PCC, is an experienced talent management professional with a robust background in strategic human resources and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management & Insights at TruStage, Inna has previously held significant roles at CUNA Mutual Group, including Senior Manager of Talent Management & Strategy and Sr Talent Management Consultant. Inna's tenure at Kohler Co. encompassed positions such as Leadership Talent Manager and Sr Marketing Analyst Digital Merchandising.
