Linda Nedelcoff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Linda began their career as an Audit professional at Deloitte from 1992 to 1996. Linda then worked as an Accounting Instructor at Moraine Park Technical College until 1998. Linda joined John Deere in 1998 and held several roles including Training Administrator, Senior HR Generalist, Process Manager, Division HR Manager, Manager of Performance Development, and Director of HR. Linda worked at John Deere until 2011. Linda then joined TruStage, where they held multiple leadership roles, including Director of HR, VP of HR, CHRO, EVP of HR and Employee Communications, and EVP of Corporate Strategy and Growth. Linda was also involved in various organizations as an Executive Board Member at YMCA of Dane County, Clean Lakes Alliance, and Madison Chamber of Commerce.

Linda Nedelcoff attended St. Ambrose University from 1990 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended Drake University in 1989-1990, although no degree or field of study is specified.
