Richard Kramer

Richard Kramer has a diverse work experience in the field of receivables management and business development. Richard started their career in 1984 at iQor as VP of Sales/Business Development, where they worked until 2015. In 2000, Richard joined The Receivable Management Services Corporation (RMS) as Assistant VP of Business Development and later as VP of Sales for the Western region and Canada. During their time at RMS, they played a key role in increasing sales by 67% over five years. In 2015, Richard joined Windham Professionals Inc. as VP of Business Development and then moved to Altus Receivables Management in 2016 as Senior VP of Strategic Solutions. Throughout their career, Richard demonstrated expertise in commercial receivable management solutions, collections, customer service, and business process outsourcing. Richard has consistently achieved exceptional performance and has been instrumental in bringing new major customers to the companies they worked for.

Richard Kramer completed their college preparatory education at Glenbard West High School from 1974 to 1978. Following this, from 1978 to 1982, they attended Miami University, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
