Tarn Shant

Tarn Shant currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at ALTUS Commercial Receivables since October 2025, after a notable tenure at iQor where Tarn held positions as Senior Vice President from February 2015 to October 2025 and Vice President from July 2007 to September 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Manager at GE Capital from June 2002 to June 2007, where Tarn also achieved Six Sigma Black Belt certification in quality. Tarn began the professional career at Genpact as an Assistant Manager from 2000 to 2002. Tarn holds a PGDMA in Business Administration and Management from IIMM, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
