Claire Alegam

Claire Alegam has experience working as a Technical Analyst at TrustArc since 2022. Before that, they worked at MedSpecialized from 2016 to 2022, where they held two roles. As an Internal Quality Assurance, they managed a team and significantly reduced complaints by 10%. Claire was also recognized by upper management for their detailed and effective reports. As a Technical Support Executive, they provided troubleshooting support and was one of only two team members globally who understood the Immunotherapy module. Prior to that, Claire worked as a Technical Assistant at Don Vicente Rama Memorial National High School in 2015 and as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys from 2014 to 2015.

Claire Alegam obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the Asian College of Technology - Cebu between the years 2012 and 2016. In March 2016, they also obtained the Philippine Information Technology General Certification Examination (Phil-IT GCE) from the Cebu Educational Development Foundation for Information Technology (Cedf-it).
