- Employee at the Federal Government of Canada from May 2018 to October 2020.

- Summer Intern at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from June 2015 to August 2017.

Gurleen Tak completed their education in the following order:

From 2015 to 2019, Gurleen attended York University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Development Studies.

Following that, from 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in International Public Policy at the Balsillie School of International Affairs.

Lastly, from 2020 to 2021, Gurleen enrolled at Harvard Kennedy School where they focused on Public Leadership.
