Vinicius Gava

Vinicius Gava has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Vinicius is currently working as a Senior Back End Developer at TrustArc since April 2022. Previously, they worked at Creditas, a Brazilian fintech company, where they held the positions of Specialist Software Engineer from July 2021 to March 2022 and Senior Software Engineer from July 2020 to July 2021. At Creditas, they were responsible for designing and building projects such as a payroll credit card system and limit management solutions.

Before Creditas, Vinicius worked at ClickBus as a Software Engineer and Tech Lead. During their time there from July 2019 to April 2020, they redesigned the architecture of the dynamic pricing microservice and migrated the credit card payment gateway to a new API. Vinicius also developed new ways for passengers to board the bus, such as printing tickets at home or using e-tickets on their cellphones.

Prior to ClickBus, Vinicius worked at Mobly as a Full-stack Developer from March 2014 to January 2016. Vinicius gained experience in scalability, high availability, and distributed systems technologies while working on ready-to-assemble furniture sales.

Vinicius started their career at Webventure LTDA in 2009 as a Full-stack Developer. Vinicius worked on various projects related to e-commerce, sporting events, and photo agencies until September 2013. Their responsibilities included developing and maintaining e-commerce platforms, creating hotsites for sporting events and concerts, and developing a native Android app for a Brazilian rallying competition.

Overall, Vinicius Gava has a strong background in software development, with expertise in back end and full-stack development. Vinicius has worked at both established companies and startups, contributing to the design and implementation of various projects.

Vinicius Gava completed their high school education at Fundação Instituto Tecnológico de Osasco from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a High School Diploma in IT Technical School. After that, they pursued their higher education at FIAP from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems. In 2017, Vinicius attended VGC International College for a Global English Program, with a focus on intensive English classes. Additionally, in August 2019, they obtained a certification in Architecting on AWS from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
