Charley Snider

Charley Snider has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Trustbridge and Trustbridge Hospice Foundation. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Healthcare - Mission Hospital from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they held the position of VP Human Resources at Oak Hill Hospital from 2007 to 2021. Charley also worked as the VP Human Resources at CMH Regional Health System from 1997 to 2006 and as the Human Resources Manager at Highlands-Cashiers Hospital from 1995 to 1997. Charley Snider began their career at St. Joseph's Hospital as the Manager of Employment and Compensation from 1992 to 1995.

Charley Snider completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. Charley later pursued a Master's degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from the same university, graduating in 1991.
