Kate Brazzale MD, HMDC, AAFP, AAHPM has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Kate started their career as a Resident at the University of Florida from an unknown start date to 2008. During this time, they served as the Chief Resident, organizing and representing the group of family medicine residents. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as the Assistant Medical Director at Hospice of Palm Beach County. In 2011, they joined Vitas Healthcare as a Physician until 2012. In 2012, they became a Clinical Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. The same year, they also became an Associate Medical Director and Medical Director for Pediatrics at Trustbridge. In 2013, they began working as an Affilate Assistant Professor at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated dedication to teaching and providing medical care.

Kate Brazzale MD, HMDC, AAFP, AAHPM completed their education in a chronological order. Kate first earned their BSc in Human Sciences from UCL, graduating in 1996. Kate then went on to pursue their MBBS in Medicine at UCL from 1998 to 2003. Following this, Kate undertook their Residency in Family Medicine at the University of Florida, which they completed from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their educational background, Kate Brazzale has achieved two additional certifications. In June 2020, they obtained the Baird certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine. Prior to this, in November 2016, they obtained their Board Certification from The American Board of Family Medicine.
