Phillip Smith

Phillip Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Phillip started their career as a General Manager at Gap, where they oversaw store performance and managed staff. After leaving Gap in 2014, Phillip worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Mary's Medical Center, providing direct patient care in various settings. In 2017, they founded Common Gents Inc., a non-profit organization focused on empowering young boys through a specialized curriculum. At the same time, they also served as an author, addressing societal issues and promoting community involvement. In 2019, Phillip joined Trustbridge as an External Educator, delivering hospice-related education to healthcare professionals. Phillip then transitioned to the role of Clinical Admissions Manager, where they monitored staffing and ensured hospice eligibility. Currently, Phillip serves as Vice President of Strategic Development at Trustbridge, overseeing both Business Development and Admissions Departments. Their clinical background includes ER, telemetry, med/surg, and neurological nursing with a certification in stroke care.

Phillip Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from South University. Phillip pursued this degree from 2015 to 2016, focusing on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse as their field of study.
