Helen Li

Helen Li has worked in the corporate world for over two decades. Helen began their career in 2001 as an Auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co. In 2003, they joined Towers Perrin / Towers Watson as a Consulting Director in their Executive Compensation and Rewards practice in the China office. Her expertise includes organization design and analysis, performance management, change management and reward system design and implementation. Helen specialized in executive compensation and long-term incentive design in China. In 2009, they moved to Tencent where they held the roles of Corporate Management Consultant and HR AGM, Head of OD, Expert. In 2020, they joined Trustbridge Partners as an Operation Management Consultant.

Helen Li attended Nottingham University Business School from 2002 to 2003, where they earned a Master in Management. Helen then attended the University of International Business and Economics from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor in Finance.
