Mark Sear

Chief Architect, Restoration Solutions at Trusted Data Solutions

Mark Sear began their career in 1984 as a Programmer at Microgen UK Ltd, where they worked on MicroVax systems processing data to generate publications such as electoral rolls, voter lists, etc. and on Direct Mailing projects using IBM 370 and creating data translation software in IBM Assembler. In 1992, they moved to Vogon International as Technical Director. In 2006, they became Managing Director of Altirium Limited, a technical company specialising in data recovery, backup tape processing for eDiscovery and tape data migration services. Finally, in 2016, they took on the role of Chief Architect, Restoration Solutions at Trusted Data Solutions.

Mark Sear attended Great Salterns, Portsmouth from 1974 to 1978, Faringdon School from 1979 to 1981, and City of London Polytechnic from 1981 to 1983.
