Emily Taylor

Emily Taylor has a wealth of experience in customer relations roles. Emily began their career in 2007 as a Customer Assistant at Tesco PLC. In 2010, they took a role as a Cast Member - Merchandise at Walt Disney World. In 2012, they began working at Hastings Direct, where they held the roles of CRM Executive, CRM Manager, and Customer Engagement Assistant. In 2021, they joined TrustedHousesitters as Head of CRM.

Emily Taylor attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Media, Culture and Communication.
