Jason Parson

Jason Parson has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing leadership roles. Jason currently serves as the VP of Operations at TruStile Doors since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Director Of Business Transformation at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC from May 2017 to May 2019. Before that, they held various positions at Electrolux, including Operations Director from June 2015 to May 2017 and NA Director of Manufacturing Engineering - Cooking Products from March 2014 to June 2015. Jason also worked as a Lean Operations Consultant at Aerotek from October 2013 to March 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked at NACCO Materials Handling Group as a Plant Manager from October 2012 to July 2013, Manufacturing Manager - Greenville Plant from November 2007 to October 2012, and Fabrication Manager from September 2006 to November 2007. Jason started their career at Ford Motor Company and worked as a Manager from April 1997 to August 2006.

Jason Parson obtained a BSCEE degree in Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Jason then pursued an MBA degree in Business from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School, completing their studies from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their degrees, Jason obtained various certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt in June 2004 and Electrolux Yellow and Green Gear certifications in Lean Manufacturing in July and November 2016, respectively.
